General Terms and Conditions applied to all offers

  • Offers are not transferable and can only be used once per patient.
  • All offers are valid only during the promotional period or until they are no longer valid on our website.
  • Offers are not redeemable with any other discounts eg: (student discount, pensioners discount etc.)
  • Multiple offers cannot be done on the same day.
  • On the spot HICAPS health fund claims available and can be used with these offers, out of pocket payments will be required if private health fund rebates are less than the total amount of each offer.
  • Some cosmetic treatment options such as whitening may not be covered some private health insurers, check your entitlements prior to accepting treatment.
  • If your private health insurer covers the whole amount of the voucher, or exceeds the discounted amount, there will be no out of pocket expenses.
  • The New Patient Experience offer excludes HIF members. Dental Avenue is a HIF Members Choice Provider, HIF patients with a valid policy covering examinations, scale and clean and fluoride application will not have out of pocket expenses if they have not had a check-up and clean in the last 6 months. Please check your policy before attending your first appointment at Dental Avenue to avoid out of pocket payments.
  • We offer priority Saturday appointments between 8am and 1pm. Appointments made on Saturday, or appointment that are longer than 60 minutes on weekdays require a deposit payment ($50 for the New Patient Experience offer and $300 for the Whitening Experience offer)
  • Our Whitening Experience offer requires that a patient must have had an examination by one of our dentists in the last 6 months, a dental examination is not included in this offer, extra fees will apply.

New Patient Experience – 90-minute appointment

  2. Offer not applicable for patients with gum disease which may require alternative treatment options or referral to a periodontist
  3. Offer not applicable for patients with full top and bottom dentures
  4. Offer not applicable for patients with full top and bottom implant bridges
  5. Check your health fund entitlements before booking an appointment as some services are not covered if undertaken within the last 6 months
  6. Fluoride application optional – cost remains the same.

Whitening Experience – 90-minute appointment

  1. Offer applies to patients 18 years of age and over
  2. Offer can only be redeemed after a full examination is done by one of our dentists. Our examination fee is $80.00.
  3. Offer does not include check-up x-rays or a comprehensive clean, billed separately if required before the whitening procedure.
  4. Offer not applicable for patients with gum disease which may require alternative treatment options or referral to a periodontist
  5. Offer not applicable for patients with active tooth decay
  6. Offer not applicable for patients during pregnancy or lactation
  7. Offer not applicable for patients undergoing complex medical treatment
  8. Offer not applicable for patients with heavily restored teeth or full sets of crowns or veneers
  9. Offer not applicable for patients undergoing orthodontic treatment
  10. Check your health fund entitlements before booking an appointment as some services are not covered if undertaken within the last 6 months

Crowns

  1. Offer applies for patients 18 years of age and over
  2. Promotional price is for one (1) tooth
  3. If multiple teeth require treatment, the overall cost will be the promotional price multiplied by the number of teeth that need treatment
  4. Offer can only be redeemed after a full examination is done by one of our dentists. Our examination fee is $80.00, X-rays will be required before treatment.
  5. Offer does not include check-up x-rays or a comprehensive clean, billed separately if required before treatment can start.
  6. Offer not applicable for patients with gum disease which may require alternative treatment options or referral to a periodontist
  7. Offer not applicable for patients with active tooth decay
  8. Offer not applicable for patients during pregnancy or lactation

Implants

  2. Offer does not include check-up x-rays or a comprehensive clean, billed separately if required before the implant procedure.
  3. Offer does not include 3D CBCT x-ray required for planning, billed separately at $260
  4. Offer does not include bone augmentation and grafting, if necessary, billed separately, exact cost to be determined on examination and planning.
  5. Offer does not include extraction or removal of the tooth that is to be replaced
  6. Offer not applicable for patients with gum disease which may require alternative treatment options or referral to a periodontist
