Why are my teeth stained or staining?

Discolouration of teeth could be because of aging. Teeth become less bright as we age, and our enamel becomes thinner showing the darker dentin below. There are some other factors also such as smoking, drinking red wine, coffee, etc. which can cause discolouration.
