Can I eat sweets?

It is not really about what you eat, but more how often you consume it. Sweet foods are allowed but it is important to not be snacking on them during the day maintaining sugar contact with your teeth for long stretches of time. We suggest snacking on things like vegetables and fruit and nuts as opposed to sucking on lollies or eating biscuits, for example.
