Dr Edward Chin

Edward was inspired to pursue dentistry from a young age after receiving great treatment from his orthodontist in the Hills area of Sydney. Since then, he has sought to give all his patients the same level of care and experience. Edward graduated with a Bachelor of Medical Sciences from Macquarie University and then a Doctor of Dental Medicine from Sydney University.

Edward has treated a wide variety of patients due to his time at the Royal Flying Doctor Service as well as rotations at Sydney Dental Hospital, Westmead Centre for Oral Health, and here at Dental Avenue Maroubra. He is always keen to stay up to date with the latest techniques and technology, and enjoys providing general dental care, including dental implants. Edward is currently studying the role of Acupuncture in the dental context.

Outside of dentistry, Edward can be found enjoying a game of golf, or with his head buried in a book. He’s read J.R.R Tolkein’s ‘The Lord of the Rings’ seven times.
